Adding anti-spam measures to stop spam/spammers

Hey all,

Would this be annoying to you or not?? I have been thinking of adding it to new threads/posts just so it'd stop the spam/spammers.

- reCAPTCHA is what I was thinking
- Cool down time posting threads/replies

Both can be sometimes a bit annoying.
OTOH spam is always very annoying.
I think you should implement one of those measures. Maybe both!
